Appointments:

All lash appointments are held on an appointment only basis.  We do not charge per lash, but prefer to charge by time, and apply as many lashes as possible during the allotted time.
How full your lashes will look at the end of your touchup appointment will be greatly affected by how many lashes you have when you arrive for your appointment. Please keep this in mind when determining how long to wait to schedule your touchups. Also being on time and having clean lashes ensures you get the maximum time for lash application. Unfortunately additional time can not be given to clients who arrive late to their appointment.

Preparing for your appointment:

Please come without any traces of eyemakeup on. If you are unable to do so, there is cleanser and eyemakeup remover provided, but please arrive early to allow time for cleansing.

Cancellations:

Being that we work on appointment only basis, we are setting aside time specifically for you when you book an appointment with me. If you are unable to make your appointment, please contact me as soon as possible to reschedule. Texting  404-484-9505 is the fastest way to get a message to us. Any appointments canceled less than 24 hours from appointment time will be charged 50% of appointment fee. All cancelations within 12 hours, or no shows, will be charged 100% of fee.

Gratuity:

Gratuities are given at your discretion.
